Terms and Conditions:
The work space should clear and ready for painting before the start of the job. Access to power and water will be required each day.
Access to bathroom facilities and waters is required.
Any variations, for example: unforeseen damage that requires major work, will be discussed when discovered. Any extra costs required will be considered as variations, therefore will be additional costs.
Tricoat Painting and Decorating is not liable for any damage to property or injury caused during the painting process, unless due to negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and clear work environment.
Payment Structure: A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance can be paid in weekly instalments upon request, with the full amount due upon completion of the project.
By accepting the quote and engaging our services, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
